Presence is at the heart of everything I do.

For more than three decades, I have helped individuals, organizations, educators and artists cultivate greater presence, authentic communication and creative confidence through teaching, facilitation, performance and embodied practice.

The story behind the work

My work sits at the intersection of performance, mindfulness, communication and creativity.

As an actor, educator, writer and facilitator, I have spent much of my life exploring what helps people connect more deeply with themselves, one another and the work they are called to do.

Over time, I discovered that the most meaningful transformation does not come from performance or technique alone. It begins with presence.

That realization has shaped every aspect of my work, from teaching in classrooms and rehearsal studios to facilitating workshops with organizations, educators and creative communities.

Today, I help people develop the awareness, confidence and authenticity needed to navigate challenges, foster connection and engage more fully in their work and lives.

What guides my work

Presence

Learning to slow down, listen deeply and engage fully with ourselves and others.

Communication

Building trust, connection and understanding through authentic dialogue.

Creativity

Cultivating curiosity, resilience and imagination as tools for growth and transformation.
