WORKSHOP FOR ARTISTS & CREATIVES

Authentic Movement and Creative Process

Participants explore creativity and active imagination through self-directed movement meditation, reflective writing, and embodied awareness.

Returning to the Body as Creative Practice

Creativity does not begin in perfection. It begins in presence.

Rebecca’s work invites artists, writers, performers, and creatives to move beyond self-judgment, expectation, and
creative blocks by reconnecting with the body as a source of
imagination, intuition, and expression.

Through movement meditation, reflective writing, and embodied exploration, participants cultivate
deeper awareness, creative freedom, and authentic connection to process.

These experiences are designed to support both personal exploration and
artistic development within a grounded, supportive environment.
