WORKSHOP FOR ARTISTS & CREATIVES

Embodied Text
for Actors
and Singers

Designed for performers interested in
deepening their connection to text, voice,
and embodied expression.

Returning to the Body as Creative Practice

Creativity does not begin in perfection. It begins in presence.

Rebecca’s work invites artists, writers, performers, and creatives to move beyond self-judgment, expectation, and
creative blocks by reconnecting with the body as a source of
imagination, intuition, and expression.

Through movement meditation, reflective writing, and embodied exploration, participants cultivate
deeper awareness, creative freedom, and authentic connection to process.

These experiences are designed to support both personal exploration and
artistic development within a grounded, supportive environment.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

Designed for performers interested in deepening their connection to text, voice, and embodied expression, this workshop uses Authentic Movement (a movement meditation) to explore character, storytelling, memory, and imagination.

Participants work with movement, breath, and intuition to access new pathways into performance and creative discovery.

Participants should bring a memorized monologue or song for integration work during the session.
