Authentic Movement is a self-directed movement meditation that cultivates our ability to listen and respond to the inherent wisdom of the body. It is a gateway into personal narrative, active imagination and kinesthetic delight. Come home to the body. Move, dance, rest, write. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook or journal. Each session begins with a guided movement warm up. No experience necessary.
