We use Authentic Movement to generate and develop written text. The unconscious emerges through the body as we let go of the linear and rational brain. All writers—poets, novelists, playwrights, bloggers—are welcome. Wear comfortable movement clothes and bring a notebook. No experience necessary.
The standard rate of these sessions is $120, but there is a $75 option for students and anyone who currently has financial challenges.
